So… the Trump admin cut off all the funding and communication infrastructure that enabled these corrupt organizations to cooperate, then Trump made a monster campaign Blitz to scare the crap out of everyone - enough so that it compelled each group to go supersayan and defraud the election.
So what we saw was every disconnected wing of the corrupted machine - flailing wildly to capture the election, incapable of central communication and low on funds.
That would explain the oneness of the steal, since you are trying to signal so the other agents can see your moves. It also explains to vast amount of rigging they did, and why it went through Germany and China instead of somewhere local.
