>I have spent my career in IT. All of the stuff he found proves the system was not secure, but none proved nothing around the system having been hacked.

>If someone with hacked the system and changed the election totals, they also some how got the physical ballots changed.

>From a tech stand point, this was a huge nothing burger if you wanted proof that Trump won.

>The voters who voted more than once is something, but there is no way to know if those votes were for Trump or Biden, so the only thing that could be done is decertify and revote with new protections in place.

In my state…

Voters had requested absentee ballots due to covid. Then changed their minds and decided to vote in person. Some of them returned the unused absentee ballots, some said they forgot to bring them or ripped them up, etc. Others claimed they never requested an absentee ballot.

In order to do that, the absentee ballot has to be cancelled, and the challenges confirmed daily that this was being done by election staff. Once the ballot was cancelled in the system, and the voter signed an affidavit stating they would not use the absentee ballot, and only then, the Dominion equipment was able to print out an in person ballot, which was then cast at the polling location.

The following day, authorized persons get a daily absentee register, which includes every absentee ballot (requested, mailed, cast, or not returned, or voided), and every person that voted in person. This data is in real time. So when there are multiple reports issued daily, which there were at times, authorized people could see the changes throughout the day. These reports come from the Sec. of State's office, not the local county clerk level.

This ANON discovered that when the absentee ballots were voided locally at the precinct, the next report from the SOS did not reflect the absentee ballot was cancelled. From the state level - the voter was issued two ballots, both able to be cast (in theory).

ANON suspected this was a vulnerability, contacted appropriate authorities, etc. ANON was told that in order for absentee ballots to be cancelled a separate step needed to be taken. ANON had to call the attention to election staff not doing this multiple times to the county clerk/attorney, etc.

How would this apply to ANON'S comment?

Theory: Bad actors could see a lot of unused but not cancelled absentee ballots. Generate fictitious images and insert them into the paper trail. That would require hand delivery running them thru the ballot tabulators. Not impossible if the challengers were not recording the start/stop ballot count daily, and reporting them to a central person (such as this ANON) who tracked them, as well as compared them to the daily reports from the SOS.

Those numbers did not always match!! But they were adjusted at points thereafter.

ANON also documented voters being recorded as having voted absentee, then removed, then added back on later, removed again, and added again, removed again (official SOS records) throughout the election.

In the end with one particular voter, the voter should never have voted in this county, because a resident of another county and registered in the other county. By election night, this person was not included. But, days later during the certification process, was added back in because the paper ballot counts were off.

Same county where other f-ery was documented that appeared to be outside access of a Dominion check-in laptop where the ballots issued number suddenly jumped a huge amount of ballots on election day, which coincided with the exact same numbers one judicial candidate lost to another. Full hand recount of ballots wasn't permitted, only the machine count after a 100 ballot test run.

All it would take is one key person in each county where some f-ery needed to insert fake ballots, forged ballots, unsigned ballots, etc. Stick them in absentee ballot envelopes, and make it look like they were either dropped off in person at a precinct, or drop them in the mail, or drop them in those unsupervised ballot drop boxes….
