I had to quit entirely. Irish blood.
Even the smallest amount was opening to many attack vectors.
I don't take any prescription meds, although I have been prescribed many.
The cure was worse than the cause.
This worked for me, but may not for all.
It appears that this is a crash course in spiritual warfare.
I had to pray, and ask for help. Guidance.
Don't get discouraged. It is training. The attack's may not end, but with patience you learn how to fight back. As you improve, they may get more challenging and complex. Level up.
War is not easy in either the physical or spiritual realm, but God will only give you as much as you can handle.
