Understaffed horrible at local hospital. My opinion is they are not paying Nurses near enough, on purpose. I know they are Offering LPN’s $16/hr and RN’s $20/hr. Wife anon is doc there. Had to call in NG to just staff ambulance drivers and support staff (transfers of patients because nurse can’t leave the floor, etc)
