RV/INTELLIGENCE ALERT - May 18, 2018
(Disclaimer: The following is an overview of the current situation based on rumors/leaks from several sources which may or may not be truthful or accurate.)
All personnel involved in the RV process are undergoing alignment reevaluation after the last interference.
When an interference occurs, the entire release process must be restarted for security reasons.
First, White Hats and HSBC personnel will go over the RV release protocol sequence.
Second, all required RV funds currently in secured accounts will be checked.
Third, activation triggers will be put into place.
Fourth, a request for review will be submitted to Alliance parties in charge of the RV to ensure the process is complete and ready for release.
Lastly, authorization for release will be given to White Hats and HSBC personnel to activate the triggers.
The activation triggers will then begin systematic fund transfers. All transfers will be monitored by White Hats. First set of funds will be transferred into "bait accounts". If the bait accounts are not interfered with, the RV may begin indefinitely.
If an interference is detected, the entire system will be shut down and the process restarted once again.
This is a basic understanding of the RV release process. In reality, it is far more complex.
The release process is currently being restarted and the RV can be expected any day.
Release dates are usually given out or leaked once the release authorization is given.
