Yeah, if things aren't done with integrity it makes everything else futile. Always comes down to the bottom line, and you find yourself working under duress with zero job satisfaction. Walking away is a sign of self respect. You should be proud.
Copy. My workplace is filthy, unorganised, and futile. Owners 'getting it done quick'. I stay away and help the clients best I can. This job has always been like this though. I've never fit in because the bar is very low. Best results I've had was solo or in very small teams. Always short on resources. Plan is still on track despite set back after set back and very little job satisfaction.
I've mostly seen lies and character assassinations when it comes to truth seekers and the skilled. Brutal moment in time. Cultural Marxists aren't hiding the fact anymore of targeting the best and brightest.
