Anons, I have been drawn to help the children, and this man, Carl Herman, speaking up for them, in the HUSD Hayward Unified School District, in California. You can read the many details of his fight with the district and teachers union on his report. He has stated he is getting with them on Wednesday, the 29th, so we have time to get their attention before the meeting. The meeting will be live streamed. We can all watch it on Sept 29th. I am posting that info in reply to this post.

Update 4: Ultimatum to teachers’ union: I can’t disclose Grievance content until resolution, per contract terms. But here’s the latest warning with choice I emailed union President and VP, and will follow up on Monday 9/27 when the district predictably chooses to respond with silence to the Grievance in their allotted 5 days’ response time.

Looks like another school district has gone full Nazi on these kids and their families. I think we need to give the HUSD some attention. I'm not much of a twatter, or fuckbook fan, and it look like they aren't either, but to me, that means there's just plenty of room for comments. IF we don't start supporting those who are standing up, no one will be left to stand for us. Please consider posting on either, or both, of their pages, to help this man stand.

Ms. Chawla is the Vice President of the County Health Executive Association of California and she also serves on the Advisory Council of the Insure the Uninsured Project.
