Virginia congressional district 1 is a good place to start. Trump lost the state in both scenarios, but there was still a huge scrub a few days after the district reported "100%"… and after the scrub he ultimately won that district.

after the scrub, biden lost 63,672 votes in that district but picked up 24,925 in the state.
Trump lost 24,899, won the district, picked up 14,273 overall elsewhere in the state, and still lost overall.
this isn't modeling. these are supposed vote totals, hosted by the state of Virginia department of elections.

look at what i posted about Virginia and their first congressional district numbers.
i believe that whomever was pulling the strings in our election was so panicked that they fudged numbers everywhere trying to make it look authentic/organic.
surely if there are artifacts of fudgery in tx, there are artifacts everywhere.
