Quercetin by itself had shit oral absorption/bioavailability.

I just worked out, on paper, a process where I can take zinc chloride and react in a solvent with Quercetin and get them to bond together into a complex.

It should not only remove absorption barriers but provide both zinc and its ionophore in a single (temporary) molecule.

You literally didn't read a single thing I posted.

I am going to join the zinc molecule to a quercetin molecule to both improve absorption (you don't seem to grasp that simply taking Quercetin will get very little into your bloodstream. You simply shit it out unused.)

Once it enters the bloodstream, the compounds are separated and can do their thing.
