I contacted our local Registrar. he admited he new they were see through. Said it has been a problem for 20 years.

I asked why he did not alert the voters. His answer- I was too busy running an election.

I called all the local news, and all the Social Media patriots- Nobody seems to care. I have the spoiled ballots to prove it.
