This is the eugenics prize. The Lasker prizes are considered the "American Nobels". The Lasker Foundation which awards them was founded by Albert and Mary Lasker who were tied into advertising and eugenics. Plus they helped turn the NIH into the major medical funding entity in the world.

If you research Mary Lasker's history you will find that she was a close collaborator of Margaret Sanger on "The Negro Project".
If you look at the various awards from the Lasker Foundation you will see that Planned Parenthood has won as did the two eugenicists (at least I believe from the evidence of what HPV vaccines do that they are eugenicists) who gave us HPV vaccine technology.
