[SCARE] Necessary Event

If you can frighten people with a disease 99.9% of healthy people survive you can scare the shit out of them with a vaccine that is harmless 99.9% of the time. It’s the only clean Awakening event I can come up with, but I can’t sort out the delivery mechanism. No fucking way the pushers will ever admit the vaccine could be remotely harmful. So how else does it go mainstream?
