Biden Admin Loses DACA Appeal In Texas… So They're Just Making A New Rule

After losing an appeal to preserve the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, the Biden administration announced on Monday that it will simply create a new rule to circumvent the legal ruling.

"The Biden-Harris Administration continues to take action to protect Dreamers and recognize their contributions to this country," said Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in a statement, per The Hill.

"This notice of proposed rulemaking is an important step to achieve that goal. However, only Congress can provide permanent protection," Mayorkas added. "I support the inclusion of immigration reform in the reconciliation bill and urge Congress to act swiftly to provide Dreamers the legal status they need and deserve."

In July, a federal district judge ruled that the 2012 DACA program violated the Administrative Procedures Act. The ruling left intact DACA benefits for some 600,000 people - but blocked future applications. The Biden administration appealed the decision and lost.

The fate of Dreamers has been in limbo for years. Former President Trump sought to terminate the DACA policy in 2017, but it remained hung up in the courts after it was ruled the administration did not properly move to do so. President Biden signed an executive order upon taking office to strengthen the program, but officials have acknowledged Congress must enact a permanent fix.

Those efforts took a hit this month when the Senate's parliamentarian, Elizabeth MacDonough, ruled against Democrats' plan to provide 8 million green cards as part of their $3.5 trillion spending bill, dealing a significant blow to the party's immigration reform chances. -The Hill

‘Delusional’ Australian government SLATED for proposal to shield top PM-led body from public information disclosures

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has been accused of being “addicted to secrecy” as the country’s parliament debated a controversial proposed law that would exempt the workings of its National Cabinet from public scrutiny.

The cabinet, comprised of the PM, state premiers and territory leaders, was formed in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The government claims that body’s decisions should be afforded the same protections from disclosure requests as the federal cabinet.

The issue came to the fore when the government refused a Freedom of Information (FOI) application by South Australian Independent Senator Rex Patrick relating to a May 2020 National Cabinet meeting, arguing they were “an official record of the cabinet.”

An Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) ruled against the government last month, but top government officials continue to insist that the National Cabinet is a committee of the federal ministerial cabinet and not subject to FOI requests.

Earlier this month, the government proposed legislation that would extend secrecy protections in the FOI Act to all National Cabinet minutes and meetings, saying “confidentiality of information and decision-making” is “critical” to its functioning.

On Monday, as the Senate’s finance and public administration committee examined the proposed law, Senator Patrick called it “delusional” and told the government to “cut the crap.”

“The prime minister is clearly absolutely addicted to secrecy and what he did was quite disrespectful to the conventions, the longstanding conventions of responsible government in Australia,” Patrick told the Guardian.

New South Wales Senator Tim Ayres also questioned why the Senate would be “persuaded by a set of arguments” that had already been “rejected entirely” by the AAT.

Information Commissioner Angelene Falk expressed concern with the way the legislation was drafted – arguing that it opened the door for the prime minister to cloak other government bodies in secrecy by declaring them cabinet committees.

Falk also denied the government’s claim that it had consulted her office when formulating the legislation, saying she was unaware of any of her state and territory counterparts being asked for their inputs to the bill.

Meanwhile, the Australian Human Rights Commission told the Senate committee that the proposed bill would increase levels of non-transparency across as many as 15 separate laws.

Noting that the proposed changes involve “permanent change(s) to confidentiality rules over public policy,” HRC President Rosalind Croucher said it was important that “emergency situations do not become a broad justification for unnecessary increases in executive power to the detriment of democracy.”

The Law Council of Australia – the top body representing the legal profession – has also argued that the current FOI exemptions are sufficient to stop the disclosure of information in cases where the risk of potential harm to national interests outweighed the public interest.

Last week, Australia Capital Territory Chief Minister Andrew Barr – a member of the National Cabinet – had called the legislation a “solution looking for a problem” and disclosed that there were “not that many things” tackled by the body that could be “considered so secretive as to not be able to be pretty freely discussed.”

ICC to ‘deprioritise’ investigation into alleged US war crimes in renewed Afghan probe, will focus on Taliban and ISIS-K

The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has requested approval to resume a war crimes investigation into Afghanistan which won’t focus on alleged US offenses, but those committed by the Taliban and other groups.

In a statement on Monday, ICC prosecutor Karim Khan said he had filed an application to resume his office’s investigation into alleged atrocities committed in Afghanistan since July 1, 2002.

Khan, who is six months into his nine-year tenure, said the investigations would be focused on the actions of the Taliban and the Islamic State Khorasan (ISIS-K) militia. He added that other aspects of the investigation would be “deprioritised” due to a lack of resources and would focus on “the scale and nature of crimes within the jurisdiction of the court.”

The prosecutor said his decision to file to resume was a reflection on the current state of affairs in Afghanistan. “There is no longer the prospect of genuine and effective domestic investigations into Article 5 crimes within Afghanistan. It is this finding that has necessitated the present application,” he stated.

The ICC investigation, which was opened in full last year, was later postponed as the Afghan government said it would investigate those crimes itself. The Hague-based court had been looking at atrocities in the region for 15 years, including possible offenses committed by US and NATO troops.

In his statement, Khan specifically noted the “the deplorable attacks of August 26, 2021, near Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan, which were claimed by the Islamic State in Khorasan Province,” and added a determination to prioritize crimes “by IS-K, as well as the Taliban.”

The associate director for Asia at Human Rights Watch, Patricia Gossman, told the Associated Press that the prosecutor’s statement was “really disturbing” insofar as the investigation “will only prioritize some of the parties to the conflict – and in particular seemingly to ignore entirely the very serious allegations against U.S. forces and CIA.”

Horia Mosadiq, an Afghan human rights activist, also condemned the ICC prosecutor’s announcement, claiming it was an “an insult to thousands of other victims of crimes by Afghan government forces and US and NATO forces.”

Iran’s nuclear program has crossed ‘all red lines,’ PM Bennett tells UNGA while hinting at Israel taking action

The Iranian nuclear program has reached a “watershed” moment and Israel’s tolerance on the matter is running out, PM Naftali Bennett has said, calling on the international community to recognize the gravity of the situation.

Speaking to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Monday, Bennett said that Iran had made “a major leap forward” in recent years and that its “weapon program is at a critical point.”

All red lines have been crossed. Inspections – ignored. All wishful thinking – proven false.

Bennett argued that Iran is now enriching uranium to 60%, many times greater than permitted under the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which put restraints on Tehran’s nuclear development. It’s “one step short of weapons-grade material – and they’re getting away with it,” he added.

The Israeli leader contended that Iran’s nuclear program had now hit a “watershed moment” and words would not be enough to stop its centrifuges. But Bennett said that while the rest of the world either considered Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons inevitable, or they’re just tired of hearing about it, Israel didn’t have that privilege and its tolerance was running out.

“Iran is much weaker, much more vulnerable than it seems,” he noted, adding that Israel would not tire on the matter and would not allow Tehran to acquire nuclear weapons.

Iranian government negotiators have been discussing a return to the JCPOA with China, France, Germany, Russia, the UK and the US – the original signatories of the deal that was unilaterally abandoned by former US president Donald Trump in 2018. Trump subsequently enacted tough sanctions on Iran, while Tehran proceeded to renege on its own commitments under the deal.

Talks in Vienna stalled as parties waited for the results of Iran’s presidential election in June and to observe the next moves of its new and more hardline president, Ebrahim Raisi.

Iran has blamed Israel for at least two recent attacks on its nuclear program. In 2020, senior nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was gunned down in his car while driving outside Tehran, while in April 2021, the Natanz nuclear enrichment facility suffered a cyber attack that Iran said was the result of Israeli sabotage.

Would-be Reagan assassin John Hinckley Jr. granted unconditional release, apologizes to Jodie Foster, victims’ families

John Hinckley Jr., the man who attempted to assassinate then-US President Ronald Reagan in 1981, has won release from the final restrictions stemming from his sentencing.

Hinckley, 66, had been found not guilty of his crimes by reason of insanity, and spent decades in a psychiatric hospital until he was granted a supervised release in 2016. Restrictions on Hinckley, which will now be removed by June 2022, included having no contact with the Reagan family or other families of the victims of his shooting, as well as actress Jodie Foster. The would-be assassin had claimed Foster indirectly helped inspire his crime; Hinckley was reportedly obsessed with the actress at the time of the shooting.

Hinckley attempted to kill Reagan in 1981 outside a hotel in Washington DC. He wounded the president, as well as a Secret Service agent and a police officer. Then-Press Secretary James Brady was permanently disabled after he was injured in the shooting, and died in 2014 from complications arising from the gunshot wound.

A federal judge approved of the release agreement between Hinckley and the Department of Justice on Monday. The shooter’s longtime lawyer claimed his client’s “mental disease” is in “full, stable and complete remission.”

While living on his own in Williamsburg, Virginia, Hinckley has been employed at an antique museum and has even released YouTube videos of him singing and playing guitar.

Hinckley’s lawyer said of his client’s release that Hinckley wanted to apologize to Foster and the families of his victims. He will continue to be monitored for the next nine months.

Facebook ‘pausing’ under-13s ‘Instagram Kids’ app to give company time to consult parents and policymakers

Facebook’s head of Instagram announced on Monday that the company is “pausing” its plan to launch a version of the app for under-13s, dubbed ‘Instagram Kids’, after the project leaked before employees were ready to reveal it.

Instagram boss Adam Mosseri took to Twitter to say the project would be shelved for the time being, despite the company still believing that “building it is the right thing to do,” as “U13s are getting phones, misrepresenting their age, and downloading 13+ apps.”

Despite the criticism leveled against Instagram over the project, Mosseri cited similar apps from YouTube and TikTok that give parents “the option for their children to use an age-appropriate version.”

In a post shared on Instagram’s blog, the app’s CEO stated the pause would allow employees to consult parents, experts and policymakers about their plans, giving them the chance to build confidence by demonstrating “the value and need for this product.”

The decision to temporarily halt ‘Instagram Kids’ comes after the Wall Street Journal accused the app of making body image issues worse for one in three teenage girls, citing Facebook’s own data. Facebook swiftly rejected this, arguing the Wall Street Journal’s coverage misrepresented the research, presenting a view that was “not accurate.”

UK Met Police upgrades ‘massively invasive’ face recognition tech net over London, but data watchdog warns of ‘public trust’ cost

Scotland Yard is set to expand its controversial facial recognition surveillance dragnet across London in a £3 million deal that allows the UK’s largest police force to track suspects using older images from CCTV and social media.

Last month, the Mayor of London’s office quietly signed off on the purchase of ‘Retrospective Facial Recognition’ (RFR) systems that processes existing images accessed by the Metropolitan Police from a variety of sources and matches them against the force’s internal database.

Under the four-year agreement, Japanese tech firm NEC Corporation will supply the RFR systems – which will afford the Met Police “opportunities… not previously available to support the detection and matching of faces” and enable the force to “effectively exploit” investigative opportunities from the rapid growth of “image data sources”.

Although the system is due to go live by year’s end, the country’s data watchdog – the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – told Wired UK that it had not published any official guidance on the use of RFR systems and warned that “public trust” would be lost if police forces using the tech did not complete “crucial steps” to comply with data protection laws “before, during and after its use”.

Among these compliance requirements is the completion of a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) prior to processing personal data. According to the tech news outlet, the Met had not yet submitted a DPIA when the Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime approved the RFR purchase – despite the agreement proposal noting that the system will “ensure a privacy by design approach”.

But an unnamed Met spokesperson said it needed to identify a vendor before publishing the DPIA. They added that the use of images would be “subject [to] a carefully implemented framework” regarding “expectations of privacy” but did not share details of what this framework entails.

In addition, the London Policing Ethics Panel – an independent oversight body created by the mayor’s office – had reportedly not reviewed or advised the Met on the use of RFR prior to the signing of the agreement. The panel has not commented on the purchase as yet.

Biden Masks Up To Receive Third Pfizer Shot, First Booster

Asked about potential side effects, Biden replied, “No I haven’t any side effects the first or second shot, thank goodness, I don’t expect one now.”

Biden was then asked about U.S. efforts to give vaccines to other countries, “We are doing more than every other nation in the world combined,” and the country will give “well over a billion one hundred million shots” to foreigners.

The FDA recently advised against mass injections of Pfizer booster shots for COVID-19, then released an additional recommendation allowing at-risk groups and the very elderly to receive the booster. Biden, 78, received his today.

In Israel, which Pfizer relied on heavily as it lobbied for a third dose to become necessary for all adults, citizens will now have their COVID-19 vaccine passports revoked if they do not receive a third shot. This means heavy curtailment on freedom of movement and association for those who choose not to receive the third dose of the vaccine.

Asa Saint Clair now faces 20 years in prison for allegedly running a fraudulent cryptocurrency scheme through the World Sports Alliance. Saint Clair represented the World Sports Alliance in his 2018 speech at the World Economic Forum at Davos. Records reveal that Pelosi Jr. and Asa Saint Clair were directly working with one another during the period of Saint Clair’s alleged criminality.

Pfizer CEO: ‘Normal Life’ Will Be Back ‘Within a Year’ but Vaccinations Necessary

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla on Sunday agreed with predictions of “normal life” returning within a year, although he provided a caveat to his declaration, adding people should not “be able to live our lives without having” vaccinations.

“Finally, Moderna CEO said this week that the pandemic is on course to be over in about a year. Do you agree with that?” George Stephanopoulos asked Bourla.

“I agree that within a year, I think we will be able to come back to normal life,” he began. “I don’t think that this means that variants will not be continued coming, and I don’t think that this means that we should be able to live our lives without having immune — without having vaccinations basically.”

While he said it ultimately remains to be seen, Bourla predicted that new variants will continue to emerge and they will have vaccines that last “at least a year.” However, he believes annual revaccination is “likely.”

I think the most likely scenario is annual revaccinations, but we need to wait and see the data,” he said.

His remark follows that of Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel, who last week said the pandemic could be over next year.

“If you look at the industry-wide expansion of production capacities over the past six months, there should be enough doses by the middle of next year so that everyone on this earth can be vaccinated,” he said at the time, previewing their hopes to eventually vaccinate those as young as six months old.

“Those who do not get vaccinated will immunize themselves naturally, because the Delta variant is so contagious. In this way, we will end up in a situation similar to that of the flu,” he continued.

“You can either get vaccinated and have a good winter. Or you don’t do it and risk getting sick and possibly even ending up in hospital. Let’s not forget,” he added.

According to the Our World In Data tracker, 44.5 percent of the world population has received at least one dose of a coronavirus vaccine. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 75.2 percent of those 12 and older in the U.S. have received at least one coronavirus shot, and 64.7 percent in that group are considered fully vaccinated.

Biden Asks Supreme Court for Permission to Destroy Gun Rights

On September 21, the Biden Administration filed an amicus brief in the pending U.S. Supreme Court case of New York Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen, supporting New York’s draconian and unconstitutional restrictions on the right to bear firearms in public for self-defense.

This NRA-supported challenge to New York’s “may-issue” licensing scheme for public handgun carry is the first Second Amendment challenge to a firearm law to reach the high court since 2010.

New York’s law presumptively denies the right to bear arms for self-defense unless a license-applicant can demonstrate a special need for self-protection that distinguishes the person from the general population.

In practice, this means the rich and well-connected can get unrestricted carry licenses but ordinary people cannot, even if they actually face a greater risk of being violently victimized while going about their daily lives in public. The law effectively nullifies for most New Yorkers what the Supreme Court has already characterized as “the individual right to possess and carry weapons in case of confrontation.”

New York’s “may-issue” scheme in fact gives authorities so much discretion that it has fostered a culture of corruption, particularly within the Licensing Division of the New York City Police Department (NYPD). There have been repeated scandals involving the NYPD Licensing Division’s application process, with “facilitators” offering gifts and bribes to licensing personnel to approve or expedite their clients’ applications. In some cases, this has resulted in the issuance of carrying licenses to applicants with otherwise disqualifying criminal histories and in criminal convictions for NYPD officers. In other locales, licenses are issued by elected sheriffs, with preference given to political donors and supporters.

The entire point of the New York scheme is not simply or primarily to screen out applicants who fail to meet objective standards of responsible and law-abiding behavior. It is to give authorities complete control over who gets to exercise the right and who does not. This, of course, is wholly incompatible with the idea of a fundamental right, which exists, as the Supreme Court said in the Second Amendment context, “to take certain policy choices off the table.” If the starting point for a carry licensing scheme is presumptive denial, then there is no right at all, only a privilege administered to the favored few.

And this is absolutely fine for the Biden Administration, at least when it comes to the Second Amendment.

After all, as we’ve reported, Biden’s own son Hunter has the manifest privilege of violating with impunity various federal gun control laws the government brief insists are so necessary to protect public safety. This is in addition to his apparent immunity to other laws against things like drug possession and distribution, prostitution, and the list continues.

The U.S. May Have Lost the Military War in Syria, But Has Won the Propaganda War at Home By Portraying its Murderous Invasion as a Moral Crusade

As It Did with Castro in Cuba and Noriega in Panama, the “Mighty Wurlitzer” of U.S. Propaganda Defused Antiwar Sentiment by Painting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad as a Brutal Animal Who Had to Be Removed.

In 1991, famed MIT linguist Noam Chomsky published a political pamphlet called Media Control: The Spectacular Achievements of Propaganda, which provided an examination of U.S. war propaganda and its success from Woodrow Wilson’s World War I Creel Commission to Bush Sr.’s war on Iraq.

According to Chomsky, “Propaganda is to democracy what the bludgeon is to a totalitarian state.” It lulls the masses into acquiescence while preserving the illusion of an open society.

U.S. propaganda had been especially effective because it is subtly designed to arouse moral outrage against the government’s targets by playing up their human rights abuses—real or imagined.

Chomsky’s analysis applies particularly well to the Syrian conflict, where U.S. propaganda has been so good that Chomsky himself at times was taken in by it.

For example, in a Democracy Now! interview on April 5, 2017, Chomsky called the Bashar al-Assad regime “[a] moral disgrace carrying out horrendous acts, the Russians with them.” This is the official U.S. position, which obscures the horrendous acts committed by Assad’s opponents—jihadist terrorists with whom the U.S. has been allied since the war began.[1]

It is revealing that the majority of Syrians—whom the U.S. is purportedly there to protect against the evil Assad—do not consider Assad to be a “moral disgrace.” A 2012 poll found that 55 percent supported him and tens of thousands were mobilized for pro-government rallies when the Arab Spring protests broke out in March 2011.

Chomsky was among the signatories to a March 2021 letter decrying the emergence of “pro-Assad allegiances in the name of anti-imperialism among some who normally identify as progressive and left“ and “spread of manipulative disinformation that routinely deflects attention away from the well-documented abuses of Assad and his allies,” and results in alignment with the “governments of Russia and China.”[2]

Britney Spears was spied on by father using Israeli firm, ex-employee says

In a new NY Times documentary, former executive assistant at Black Box Security shows evidence of secretly captured audio recordings from pop singer’s bedroom

Britney Spears’ father hired an Israeli-run private security agency to secretly record the pop singer in her bedroom and monitor her communications, a former employee of the firm has said in a new documentary.

Alex Vlasov, an executive assistant and operations and cybersecurity manager for Black Box Security for nine years, showed The New York Times evidence of secretly captured audio recordings, including Spears’ interactions and conversations with her boyfriend and children.

The chief executive and founder of Black Box, Edan Yemini, was born in Israel and is described as having a background in the Israeli Special Forces on the firm’s website.

Yemini did not respond to detailed questions from the Times following Vlasov’s claims. “Mr. Yemini and Black Box have always conducted themselves within professional, ethical and legal bounds, and they are particularly proud of their work in keeping Ms. Spears safe for many years,” his lawyer said.

In the documentary released on Friday, “Controlling Britney Spears,” her life under James Spears’ conservatorship for the past 13 years is described in more detail than ever, thanks to Vlasov’s account and his trove of materials, the Times said.

Whistleblower emails reveal partisan rot at Ford Foundation, that gets "nonpartisan" tax perks

I call into question their status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit

After writing an article this summer exposing corruption at the Berkeley Economics Department, I was approached by a group of whistleblowers at the Ford Foundation Fellowship Program to tell their story. To corroborate it, they sent me a trove of archived emails on their private listserv going as far back as 2008. A listserv is a basic tool that gives an organization the ability to send an email to a group of people. Here is a link to a representative sample of their listserv emails that you can download right now as a .zip file.

Maybe I have more emails in my back pocket, that I will release later. Maybe I have worse emails. Maybe I will write a second article. Maybe I still have a smoking gun.

After reading these emails, listening to these whistleblowers speak, and reading about the Ford Foundation Fellowship Program, I was surprised this this is a classified as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Here is a link to the IRS Exemption Requirements. To receive its favorable tax treatment, the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization “must not deviate from its purpose or mission”. The Ford Foundation lists “Creativity and Free Expression” as a central part of its core mission, front and center. In practice, the Ford Foundation is one of the greatest enemies of “Free Expression” in the world! I also believe that — if properly investigated — they would run afoul of the regulations regarding “The organization must not be organized or operated for the benefit of private interests” and “Section 501(c)(3) organizations are restricted in how much political and legislative (lobbying) activities they may conduct”.

Many in the Ford Foundation Fellowship Program feel betrayed and disgruntled, because in accepting funding from the Ford Foundation many years ago, they believed this society of scholars was open-minded and diverse in their thinking and scholarship. Once again, perhaps they mistakenly believed this because “Creativity and Free Expression” is a core mission of the Fellowship program. These whistleblowers can’t speak up publicly because any Fordie (they call themselves “Fordies”) who dares do anything other than pledge full-throated fealty to the woke party line is systematically harassed, doxxed, and blackballed from academia. If you cross them, their motus operandi is to send your LinkedIn profile to their entire listserv so that everyone may harass your current and former employer. Case in point, when I reached out to them for comment on this article, they responded with an email calling me a “fascist” and a “white supremacist”, before reflexively sharing my LinkedIn with their thousands of members:

Open for Military Business: Ebola Research at Canada’s Only BSL-4 Lab

By the time Qiu started work on Ebola, the mishandling of the SARS epidemic by China’s leadership was well-known worldwide. Officials had been fired for misbehaviour. China had called upon leading scholars in the US, like W. Ian Lipkin, and Chinese scholars with significant success abroad, such as George Gao, to help reorganize its public health system, especially its disease surveillance methods. That year, a group of scientists from Guangdong, the centre of the SARS pandemic, arrived in Winnipeg to tour the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health, which includes both the NML, now managed by PHAC (Public Health Agency of Canada), and the animal diseases lab managed by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. China was negotiating its agreement with France, which led to the construction of the BSL-4 at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Natalie Salat, a reporter for Legion, a magazine about Canada’s military history, came to Winnipeg to write about the facility after the visitors from China had come and gone. Their attendance was presented to her as a mark of the NML’s global importance. Salat was told that the NML had partnerships with the Department of National Defence, the University of Manitoba, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the US Bioterrorism Response Network, etc. Stefan Wagener, whom Salat identified as the centre’s scientific director for biosafety and environment, told her that everyone who worked at the lab for more than ten days had to have a rigorous security clearance. He jokingly said that if he told her anything else about the detailed security measures in place, he’d “have to kill her.”227

Reading the piece, I found myself wondering: How could Qiu have qualified for even a low-level clearance by 2003? She would need secret clearance to work in the BSL-4 by 2005. I’d read somewhere that to get a secret clearance one must have been a citizen for ten years, have no criminal record, and no other obvious exploitable problems of a criminal nature, like an addiction to drugs or gambling, etc. Surely Qiu had not been in the country long enough to qualify when she was first hired at the NML, though she and her husband might have been permanent residents by then. When I checked, I learned those are the requirements for a top-secret security clearance. It is less onerous to get a secret clearance.

Croatians have been “vaccinated enough” and should be allowed to accept the risks of becoming infected with COVID on their own terms, according to President Zoran Milanović.

Canadian nurse whistleblowers say many people are dying after getting vaccines while hospitals are filled with the fully vaccinated

Two Canadian nurses have turned into whistleblowers and told reporters what they have seen during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This includes people dying after getting vaccinated and hospitals filled with fully vaccinated people suffering from COVID-19.

Erica Beardsley, from the small town of Pontiac in the Canadian province of Quebec, was a nurse for 11 years. She recently resigned after her employer mandated that she get vaccinated.

At an anti-vaccine mandate protest in Canada, she spoke with a reporter about the gruesome things she has seen as a nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I’ve physically seen people restraining the elderly and vaccinating them against their will while they scream ‘No,'” said Beardsley. “I’ve seen patients coming in with suicide and … once they’re dead, they are testing them for COVID. Why? Why are we testing them for COVID?”

“I’ve witnessed a lot of people dying of heart attacks shortly after the vaccine,” she continued. “I’ve witnessed miscarriages at full-term five days, four days, after the vaccine.”

Beardsley explained that this is a surprisingly common occurrence even though she comes from a town of just around 5,000 people.

“I’m in a little hospital, a small hospital. I’ve worked on every floor,” said Beardsley. She said she has worked in long-term care, general care, the emergency department and even for her hospital’s external clinic. “I saw it all.”

Another nurse working in St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto claims the hospital is filled with fully vaccinated COVID-19 patients.

“Are the hospitals full of COVID patients,” asked one reporter.

“The hospitals are pretty much full of people that have been vaccinated,” answered the nurse. “They’re returning to the hospital due to their vaccinations.”

“So you’re telling me that people who got vaccinated are in the hospital right now?” asked the reporter.

“Yeah, not just in St. Michael’s, but all over the world,” said the nurse. “That’s what’s coming back to the hospitals this time of year, when the hospitals should be at their lowest, are people that are vaccinated.”
