An anon recommended 528Hz to repair cellular damage. Been playing it a lot and I notice a lot of improvements. Best played with earphones but playing on speaker apparently cleanses your living space. Noticed my room smelled a lot better after playing it a lot while I'm out doing things. Just a pleasant frequency to listen to in general.
