astrolog is a great program
i've been using that for over 25 years
i've asked walter pullen for changes and he has added a few into newer revisions.
openastro.org is a great program too, it uses astrolog at its base but draws better charts in my opinion

yes, it has the swiss ephemeris included
i use the linux version mostly from CLI
I still use matrix winstar2.0 as my main program
i have newer versions, but i like the simplicity of it.
it is a wild chart we are currently dealing with right now
all the planets retrograde except venus and mars
