This is on the "religious" aspect.
Stay away from this black hole.
The evils that be, will, with a stroke of a pen nullify any and all documents through legislation/mandates or the courts.
By getting a "religious" document/written exemption you are playing into their hands which will get you nowhere.
Here are just some of the hoops you will have to jump through if you take this route:
1) What church do you attend?
2) How often do you attend?
3) How long have you been a 'paying member'?
4) How much do you tithe, and how often?
5) What community services have you been involved in , and how long?
6) Have you ever taken a pharmaceutical of any kind?
This is what I was handed in document form and these are only a scant few of the invasive questions asked for a "religious exemption".
Not to mention if your church is a 501-C3…you are already screwed.
Your only hope if you need to go this route is, "DO NOT PLAY THEIR GAME"!
The trap is the term [and we all know how they love their terminology], is "RELIGIOUS".
This is what you need to do…
Stand not upon "religion". Neither "denomination", i.e., Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist etc, or "church affiliation", i.e., Church of God, Seventh Adventist, EV Free, etc.
Excise these terms from your vocabulary until they no longer exist.
They are the trap they want you in.
Once you use one of these and fall into their "documentation trap", you will not be able to reverse it.
What you will need to stand upon to win is "FAITH BASED".
They cannot fight against it.
There is nothing that can supersede your "faith"…it is only known by you and GOD…it is…invisible.
They cannot touch it.
1) I believe in GOD. [prove HE does not exist]
2) Jesus Christ is my Savior. [prove HE is not]
3) I believe in HIS salvation. [prove HE did not provide it]
4) I am a child of GOD. [prove I am not]
5) I believe in the Holy Book God said HE authored through holy men. [prove HE did not author it]
6) God said HE knew me before I was born, and made me in my mothers womb. [prove HE did not]
7) My body is the Temple of the Lord, and it is to be kept sanctified. [prove it is not].
Stand on this and don't budge.
