"British heavy metal legends Judas Priest have postponed the remainder of their U.S. tour due to "major medical heart condition issues" suffered by guitarist Richie Faulkner. Earlier today, Priest released the following statement via longtime publicists Chipster PR:

"it is with deep regret that we have to postpone the rest of our U.S. tour. Richie Faulkner has major medical heart condition issues which have landed him in the hospital where he is being treated. In the meantime, we are all sending love to our Falcon to wish him a speedy recovery…"

Faulkner joined Priest in 2011 as the replacement for original guitarist K.K. Downing."

I looked around and didn't see it mentioned. He probably got vaccinated because most venues require it, or at least a test. I've only seen a small handful of musicians say that they won't get it.

>I do believe it is the artists calling the "shots" on this

I think Live Nation has 'allowed' performers to decide if they want to require vaccines for entry. Mustaine has spoken out against 'medical tyranny', and even though he encouraged people to get vaccinated, Bruce Dickinson has said he doesn't think there should be a vaccine requirement to see a concert. Unfortunately, most performers are acting like spokespeople for Big Pharma.
