Congress, who we alone elect (when they're not stealing elections) to represent us has failed to discharge their obligation to do so honestly and fairly.
They have cast themselves as our rulers, and we have withdrawn our consent to be governed by them. They have forfeited their duty to command the military and have used it for personal enrichment and acquisition of power. They no longer may stand between the people, from whom their "power" derives, and civilian control of the military.
In order to restore the chain of command the regular active duty military must devolve from a standing army into National Guard and Reserve commands for the States to regain civilian control of our military assets until such time as a legitimate congress can be formed.
Congress is a fraudulent body. Fraud vitiates all.
