Lets use logic here for a moment:

New York has fired thousands of medical personal that will not get the vaccine.

They plan on using New York National Guard medical personal that live in New York.

Odds are high that those New York National Guard medical personal currently are employed at other New York Hospitals and medical facilities.

So………..

The commie governor is going to understaffing one New York Hospital to staff another understaffed Hospital.
