Has anyone heard of an "Animal Agriculture Tax" buried in the $3.5T "infrastructure" bill? Rumored to be 2,600/cow, $500/pig. I find evidence it's been proposed, but can't find it in the bill. No doubt tied to climate change if it's in there.
