Processor.. that’s the key. Ideally a neighbor with cattle, then have a mobile processor come. You still need it cut and ground and wrapped according to your standards. Believe me when I say you don’t want to tackle half a cow on your own. It adds a little extra but you’re paying for their expertise and they have the tools. It yields a ton of meat and unless you’ve done this before, it’s overwhelming.
Correct. We get cows to do the work for us. We don’t have those long gut systems needed to break down extra fibrous plant material.
I’m wondering if the juice was from china and pre-seeded with some sort of something that made people’s lungs more susceptible to covid…?
