You won't get far on 20W ( the typical base station output power per antenna)
They're actually typicillay 60 degree beam width with around 17 dBi gain which means all of the power that would be going into the 'doughnut' is in the main lobe. till only 20W though, just all in one direction. 5G doesn't play well with omni directional antennas unless it is in a picocell situation but then it's close and only limited to less than 2W.
