Starlink is a cover. We've seen ships send out reconnaissance "drones" or whatever they are before in that same manner.
The problem is with who set Starlink as cover.
If it was DS that set it, then they knew about what is it they needed to cover up.
If Patriots, then the opposite with disclosure (whether the ships are foreign or not) not being an option.
