You assume Q is a human. Expand your thinking. If you've been here awhile, you've seen far too much that can't be explained by consensus reality. At some point what you're left with is…something beyond consensus reality is at work, and at work in our work especially for reasons known only to the metaphysical. When you can rule out the physically possible, you're left with the metaphysically possible, regardless of how improbable it may seem.
I have from very early in this endeavor believed and observede much evidence ongoing that we are involved in some higher spiritual undertaking that produces artifacts in our reality that are undeniably supernatural. And it happens daily and after awhile, you see it happens constantly.
Time bending, metaphysics, spirituality, angels, demons, past, present, and future timelines and plotscapes all seem to be in play…if you look at what Q has achieved, concealed from human knowledge, it suggests something superhuman and transcendent over time and the other domains as well. An archangel perhaps.
