âThere are fines of $1000 every time you do the wrong thing. Businesses, there are fines from $5000 all the way up to $11,000 and closure for a period of time if businesses flagrantly disregard the Covid safety plans and that might mean not even displaying a QR code or not having done the basics,â she said.

Maryland Walgreens Mistakenly Gave a Four-Year-Old Girl the COVID Vaccine Instead of Flu Shot
A pharmacist at a Maryland Walgreens mistakenly gave a four-year-old girl the COVID vaccine instead of a flu shot.
The child, Colette Olivier, was injected with the adult dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. It is currently only approved for children who are at least 12-years-old.
Victoria Olivier, the girlâs mother, told the Baltimore Sun that it was a ârecord scratchâ moment that has left her with dire fears about her daughterâs health.
âAll of us were just stunned,â Olivier said. âNo one really knew what to do, of course.â
The child currently appears to be doing well, the paper reported.
A spokesperson from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration told the Baltimore Sun that they have no idea about the safety of the vaccine being given to a four-year-old.
âFDA has not evaluated data pertaining to the safety and effectiveness of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine for use in children younger than 12 years of age, nor has FDA approved or authorized the vaccine for emergency use for this pediatric population,â the spokesperson said. âWe are glad to hear that the child is doing well and hope that she eventually received her flu vaccine.â
Walgreens spokesperson Phil Caruso told the paper that these types of mistakes are âextremely rare.â
âWe are in touch with the patientâs family and we have apologized,â Caruso said. âOur multistep vaccination procedure includes several safety checks to minimize the chance of human error. Weâve recently reviewed this process with our pharmacy staff in order to prevent a future occurrence.â

Milley Admits Leaking Information About Trump to Several Journalists
Commander of U.S. Central Command Gen. Kenneth McKenzie and Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley on Tuesday testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee about Bidenâs botched Afghanistan withdrawal.
Milley admitted he leaked information about Trump to several journalists under questioning from Senator Marsha Blackburn.
Senator Blackburn on Tuesday asked Milley if he spoke to Bob Woodword, the author of the new book âPerilâ that revealed Milley told China in a secret phone call that he would give advance warning if the US was ever going to attack.
âIn a pair of secret phone calls, Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, assured his Chinese counterpart, Gen. Li Zuocheng of the PLA, that the U.S. would not strike, according to the new book written by Washington Post associate editor Bob Woodward and national political editor Robert Costa.
âDid you talk to Bob Woodward or Robert Costa for their book, âPerilâ? Blackburn asked Milley.
âWoodward yes, Costa, noâ Milley replied.
Milley admitted he leaked information to several journalists.
When asked if he was accurately represented in the books, Milley said he hasnât read any of the books.
âLetâs have you read the books and then let us know if you are accurately presented and portrayed,â Blackburn said.
âAbsolutely. Happy to do that,â Milley replied.
Milley also defended his call to the CCP promising to warn them of a possible attack.
Why is this guy not in prison?

Man confesses to 3 'human sacrifices' found dismembered in burning dumpster, and adds 2 other murders, police say
They were "human sacrifices," the suspect told police.
Police in Fort Worth, Texas, say that a man has confessed to killing and dismembering three people found in a burning dumpster, and he allegedly said they were "human sacrifices."
Homicide detectives were called to investigate after firefighters put out a dumpster fire and found three "heavily dismembered" corpses inside on Wednesday morning.
The bodies were so heavily dismembered, and missing body parts, that police said they were difficult to identify.
Investigators say they identified a suspect after reports of a Jeep Grand Cherokee near the site of the crime scene. They cross-referenced nearly 7,000 similar vehicles in the area and noted that the man who owned the same kind of vehicle was a person of interest in another suspicious death from May.
Police said they obtained surveillance video showing the 41-year-old suspect, Jason Alan Thornburg, loading and unloading containers into the Jeep at a motel in the city of Euless.
They also obtained surveillance video showing Thornburg dumping the body parts from the plastic containers that were in his Jeep into the dumpster where they were later found. He also reportedly lit the dumpster on fire in the video.
Police said when they traced down Thornburg he showed up to a police station to confess to the crimes and offered "intimate details" of the murders.
Officials said that Thornburg had stayed in the motel room for about five days with one of the victims, later identified as 42-year-old David Lueras. Thornburg reportedly admitted to killing Lueras and two women who had visited him at the motel. Lueras had been identified through tattoos found on the dismembered body parts.
Thornburg then admitted to two other murders, police said.
One of those was the death of his 60-year-old roommate under suspicious circumstances in May. He reportedly told police he killed the man as a "sacrifice" and then uncapped a natural gas line to start a fire and cover up the crime.
Thornburg also reportedly confessed to killing his girlfriend in Arizona. Officials said she had been reported missing.
"This case was shocking and unsettling, and we knew bringing someone to justice in this case was paramount," said Fort Worth Police Chief Neil Noakes in a media briefing Tuesday.
People who lived at the motel told KTVT-TV that Thornburg was religious and that they often saw him sitting outside reading his Bible.
Officials are scouring other missing persons reports to see if he might be involved in other crimes.

â3 Warfaresâ Doctrine Underpins CCPâs Sprawling Campaign to Infiltrate the West: Report
Psychological warfare. Public opinion warfare. Legal warfare.
Known as the âthree warfaresâ doctrine and relatively unknown in the West, these concepts serve as key strategies guiding the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in its quest to win a war against the free world without firing a single shot.
Psychological warfare seeks to demoralize the enemy; public opinion warfare seeks to shape the hearts and minds of the masses; legal warfare seeks to use systems of law to deter enemy attacks.
This explanation was set out in a recently released 650-page report that provides a comprehensive illustration of the Chinese communist regimeâs global influence operations. The French-language report was published by the Institute for Strategic Studies of Military Schools (IRSEM), an independent agency affiliated with the French Ministry of Armed Forces.
Combined with another key CCP doctrine called âUnited Frontâ work, these principles have undergirded a breathtaking campaign by the Chinese regime to expand its influence and infiltration into Western democracies, the report stated.
United Front, described by the CCPâs first leader Mao Zedong as a âmagic weapon,â is a policy that, according to the report, involves the regime âeliminating its internal and external enemies, controlling groups that may challenge its authority, building a coalition around the Party to serve its interests, and projecting its influence abroad.â
The report comes amid rising pushback from the West against CCP aggressions, including its severe human rights abuses, rampant theft of intellectual property, economic coercion, and military assertiveness.
Sweeping Effort
Guided by such strategies, the Chinese regime has built a sprawling infrastructure with global reach consisting of a broad network of state and non-state actors to execute its plans.
According to IRSEM, Beijingâs influence operations abroad have two main objectives: âto seduce and subjugate foreign audiences by creating a positive narrative of China,â and âabove all, to infiltrate and coerce.â
âInfiltration aims to slowly penetrate opposing societies in order to hinder any inclination to act against the interests of the Party,â the report stated.
âCoercion corresponds to the gradual expansion of âpunitiveâ or âcoerciveâ diplomacy to become a policy of systematic sanction against any state, organization, enterprise or individual threatening the interests of the Party.â
Targets of the CCPâs campaigns span the whole spectrum of society. Key battleground areas include education, media, politics, culture, and social media.
