I read somewhere that the earthquake buoys, between America and that volcano, aren't working.
Given that tsunami causing nukes have been claimed to exist, I have to wonder if, no matter how weak one was at the volcano site, we wouldn't get one at full force.

I can see, on the map, a couple places where you could give a wave a push, and it would be harder to prove you did.
