Some do it out of love. My love is programming and sometimes I will stay up 24 hours hacking away at it just because I have an idea and want to see it in action. Not even getting paid for it because I'm retired and I hate working as a professional anyway. Takes many kinds to run the world. Still, respect for bakers.
