There are AMPLE resources that can teach bakers how to bake.

 

There were WEEKLY CLASSES until OCT 2020 on how to bake with VIDEOS and SLIDES and BAKERS ready to answer questions.

 

39 classes in all. I was there for every one of them along with other bakers wanting to help new bakers learn the craft.

 

Until EVERYTHING was buried and denigrated by those who aligned with FJ to destroy the kitchen.

 

It all needs to be updated now because it's a year later. But most of it's still good.

This is true.

The kitchen ALWAYS tried to get anons to bake. Most didn't want to do it. So the same bakers baked day in and day out - for YEARS.

there are many vids on from the baking classes as well - step by step vids created by NightBaker, the one who did the very first pastebin on how to bake.

There is one big elephant in the room.

New bakers who try to bake are all eventually destroyed by shills. Board admin either doesn't care or actively promotes this - you decide. Doesn't matter, the effect the same.

 

Realistically, it takes a KITCHEN to bake if you actually want every bread baked and notables done before the end of bread. It takes a group of cooperative, experienced, and mature patriots to keep the dough clean and ensure good coverage.

 

We had that. It was destroyed by lying shills supported by board admin.

 

A lone baker will find it very tough to continue all by himself. A few oldfags have the experience to survive the constant gauntlet of abuse, if that's their choice. But it is wearing. This issue must be addressed if you really want more bakers on this board.

Where are the BVs, baker?

Why not have bakers BV so they can lock breads, delete wrong starts, take care of shills?

Why not have the people who CONTROL this board POST here - and POST digs etc not diatribes?

 

Some abandoned breads NEVER get locked or deleted. Totally disgusting - why Q never called them out on this - and i mean REALLY called em out - is beyond me. Kudos to the anons who are still trying to scrape something together outta of the ashes from last year's destruction of QResearch.
