Jovan gets to talk about kinematic artifacts, how hes under NDA, and the Senate only requested 3 out of 14 reports he had on paper.the only 11 much more damning then the footnotes in the actual senate report.

He goes into paper, sharpies and all kinds of things done by AZ and Hobbs that has never been done of history of voting.

He said AZ did a campaign for a year before telling the public tge state got special paper so they can now use sharpies; but all the voting locations said no paper was delivered by the state. So the locations were on their own to buy paper at Depot, etc for ballots AND the state sent out sharpies to each locations. Not taking into consideration the mail in voting.

The sharpie use equated to as much as 15% to 66% of ballots rejected and sent to adjudication.

First 20 minutes ok but gets much better later!

AZ announced 4x they were using vote secure paper in 2020, but AZ SOS never mailed out the paper to voting locations.
