So I was thinking Q said instructions will be sent on how to preserve offline…..and a in Nov or Dec he said "scary but safe" messages would be sent to each of us "in the coming months"…….

 

My theory is that while Q has been our "guide" throughout this, he's not only preparing us to BE "the calm before and during the storm" but has gathered individual info on each of us in order to understand what kind of "instructions" go to who, and how our location/daily life ties into us being able to preserve those instructions offline?

 

TLDR; Q msg about instructions being sent to preserve offline will be the "scary but safe messages" he told us about a few months ago. The instructions will be personalised and help us be "the calm before and during the storm".
