I think it'd be a great idea to read the memo @ the SOTU, however, that hasn't actually been confirmed. As much as the idea has been thrown around, can we say so for sure? I'd rather say idk so that I don't set myself up for a letdown. And w/o confirmation, I certainly haven't told family that the memo will be read @ the SOTU. Maybe even more that that happens on the 30th, so I don't wanna sell myself short either.

All that to say, I think that we should be more careful about making definitive statements w/o confirmation. A good guess is just that, a good guess, even if it's an educated one.
