The Congressional Internet Caucus is a bipartisan group of over 100 members of the House and Senate working to educate their colleagues about the promise and potential of the Internet. Founded in 1996 by some extremely prescient Members of the House and Senate the Congressional Internet Caucus is a bipartisan and bicameral Caucus chaired by Senators John Thune and Patrick Leahy and Representatives Bob Goodlatte and Anna G. Eshoo.
