His wife married into the Heinz family so she isn't in the line of inheritance, she's a guardian of it, she can't just do anything she pleases with the fortune, its to go to the Heinz children. Have Kerry and his wife fucked up? Have they invested chunks of the Heinz fortune, which belongs to neither of them....into this scheme? Is that why Kerry is scrambling like a headless chicken?
