He is saying on his twitter the clot is not from Vaccine but a consequence of Achilles surgery. That is what he is saying, but the vaccine still could be a cause or contributing cause. He is ridiculing anti-vaxxer's for falsely attributing his clots to the vaccine and says they are a result of surgery.
