i use (1&1 / ionos) for hosting for a long long time.. i have an very old package with webmail and have never had an issue. they have many different packages, make sure you look for exactly what you want, i believe that package is about 85-115/yr and provides domain hosting, webmail and basic webspace. their packages change regularly and I have been a very happy customer, moving between packages regularly to suit my needs. they aren't like the rest.. they know what they are doing, and quality stuff. but its not exactly a replacement, its more 'advanced' user stuff.
