MANDATES
A mandate is a bogus concept in a nation of laws. It is only because we have reverted to banana republic style government that mandates have become a thing. Time was when nobody even flinched at 'executive orders'. They are meaningless to anyone except govt. employees.
Mandates are nothing more than empty words. They give law enforcement agencies some confidence in going beyond the law. They give companies and agencies confidence to violate your rights. But they do not stand up in a court, as they are easily trumped by the CONSTITUTION.
If we survive this, it will be because we rose up and reasserted our rights. Not because we negotiated with tyrants.
