Couldn't possibly be due to the massive increase in tarrifs that are reuired to be paid to the government before the cargo is allowed to be offloaded. Imagine buying a container load of auto parts, waiting 3 months for delivering and finding out that your tarrif got hiked from $8K to $30K, because of a trade war.
