The other night while drifting off to sleep, I was thinking about Q and the "23 now comes the pain" password. Realized,17 + 23 = 40. Lots of Biblical significance with the number 40, like the number of years they wandered in the desert.

Don't have it complete yet, but President Trump using the number, and your noticing it, brought me back to that dream-like thought (which I did manage to remember the next morning and write down).
