You must be new to everything still, literally every covid measure taken anywhere is about enslaving us. The same is actually true about everything the government does.
Basically, ask not how do we benefit from measures taken (covid measures, traffic laws, court systems, social welfare programs), the real question is who is Actually benefiting.
I don't know anything about this measure but it's probably just to make more people succumb to the Vax
