US — Moderna Agreement Letter

Came across this yesterday; it hadn't been archived yet. Have any of you seen it?

It doesn't seem as bad as the agreements we've seen from other countries, but parts of it are retracted. I scanned it briefly–what struck me as interesting was this company Lonza, based in Basel, Switzerland. That's where the BIS (Bank of International Settlements) is located, which is like the Central Bank of Central Banks:

Almost all of my digs eventually seem to lead back to the Alps, with Austria and especially Switzerland popping up repeatedly.

I think so. It's also where Davos is, as well as CERN, St Gallen (google "St. Gallen Mafia"), Geneva, Bellinzona (some anon over at halfchan said he was from there, and said it was pedo-traffic central; just look at their heraldric symbol). Basel has a long history; besides being the headquarters of the BIS, it was also the location of the first World Zionist Conference and is home to numerous pharmaceutical companies.
