Was adding to the large Q clock graphic when I thought about instead of a=1+1 to a=2 would also go with Continental Congress 2 days later history in graphic, but Q once said 13=m. What if a 2 LETTER shift for M=O, N=P… & still equal 13=M? see pic. Is that a possibility?
