Not a bad question, but considering how bad the FOIA system has become (if it was ever really good), i doubt ‘the system’ will do much of anything to help the American people find documents ‘responsive’ to that kind of important redress.
Funnynotfunny, you make me think of submitting a FOIA to the National Archives asking if they have any documentation responsive to the phrase “We the People”… dollars to donuts they would send back a form letter telling me how my “submission was improperly formatted”.
