All the people that would have died in her gigantic global nuclear world war 3 will instead die of the vaccine. The same people survived in our timeline that survived in her timeline. This "convergence" will align the two realities by removing those who do not exist in both timelines. When the timelines converge, there will be an event known as a "phase shock" which will abruptly "kill" the affected individuals by separating their souls from their bodies.
