Spouseanon was hospitalized in August with covid pneumonia (even after taking ivermectin, HCQ, doxycycline. Budesonide, etc).
Spouseanon was put on Lovenox blood thinner (heparin). They check the patients’ d-dimer and treat accordingly.
If they are able to move at all they are taught to turn themselves every half hour from side to stomach to side (back sleeping discouraged as it puts too much pressure on lungs which are located closer to the back than to the front (chest).
