I’ve been thinking about everyone talking about Covid & the vaccines causing blood clots. I remembered hearing about how sitting for long periods of time can cause blood clots. With people working from home more I would think most people are less active or have been for the past year. I would think this would also be an issue for people hospitalized if they are not able to get out of bed. In my experience hospital staff doesn’t usually encourage patients to leave their rooms & walk around where ever they are permitted.
