A sure-fire way to know if a man is truly a man of God: He will not have a huge following.

A true man of God is called by God to preach the Gospel and teach the Word. That is his job.

Most humans cannot abide the unadulterated Scripture, thus his following will be small.

If he claims to be a preacher, and has a megachurch and/or fame and fortune, I can promise you, he's no man of God. He is not preaching the pure Word.
