Found the agreement between the US and Moderna a couple of days ago—a company called Lonza is involved, which is based out of Basel, Switzerland (it's located about 0.33 miles from the BIS):

Just found out that Lonza was acquired by Bain Capital earlier this year:

Mitt Romney spent most of his pre-political career at Bain Capital. The Dems hammered him for it when he ran for President back in the day:

So Bain Capital, which is closely associated with Romney, gives a huge amount to Biden's campaign. Bain later acquires Lonza, which manufactures the Moderna vaccine.
