People have a totally upside down view of wealthy people. Those people 'represent' billions of dollars. That doesn't mean they get million dollar paychecks. Most of them get semi normal salaries like the rest of us, they just get to control vast amounts of wealth. Those companies and assets have their own tax structures.
Heh
Ask yourself, if you had access to millions that could be put toward your salaryโฆ.why would you do that knowing they would tax the hell out of it? You would leave those millions in the company doing company things, while taking only 100K or so for yourself.

I have a particular axe to grind with those who talke about 2024, budgets and politics, as if nothing happened on Jan. 20. These fucking clowns have to be the biggest problem we face.
Company cars leased by company, homes bought as investment write-offs. They get to enjoy the wealth, but taxes are typically based on salaries. All kinds of ways they navigate the tax man. Learn their ways.
True. Company expense account with an ATM card for starters. None of that is on their salary, but they offload hella day to day expenses that way. You hear about these rich people who never pay for a meal, don't own a car, basically don't pay for anything themselves. It is all through the company.
Impossible. Blackrock owns the US.
Agree but disagree. Forward plans and strategic thinking must have a base in a legitimate electoral and judicial system.
