It's a toaster oven, not a microwave.
Plus, it's off.
Or the one that's been in the dough since, like, forever.

Great news, Anon.
I wish it had gone that well at my employer.
I got off the phone with the out-of-state HR drone about an hour ago.
Apparently they had put me on a leave of absence without my knowledge after telling me "disclose vax status or wear this mask (those that disclose in the affirmative don't need one) or leave and don't come back (get fired)".
Drone on the phone asked if I was coming back and if I was vaxxed.
I told her it's none of her business.
She started getting loud and incoherent so I hung up.
What say you, Anons?
Should I just go back like nothing habbened when to leave of absence clock runs out?
>workplace discrimination
Was my thinking as well.
>"Our patience with you is wearing thin."
Yeah.
They're playing word games and I'm not falling for it.
That's what I thought.
I DID tell drone that I never requested LoA, she said it was policy.
I'll have to dig through the BS handbook on the HR website.
They are definitely VERY slow due to nobody buying their product because of raw materials costs being about 400% higher vs beginning of the year.
I had a feeling that's why they did the LoA.
Nature of job means I cannot work from home.
I know for a fact that this is UNPAID LoA.
Three weeks into as of today.
Supposed to return next Monday according to PhoneDrone.
Number of employees?
>Make them fire you
They technically already have.
They said;
"Disclose vax status or wear this mask."
"If you are vaxxed you don't need the mask."
"If you don't disclose or wear the mask, you must leave the premises and don't come back".
It's all word games so they can get on insubordination and I'm refusing to play.
Do do think I'm going to go back next week and refuse to answer or sign anything COVID related.
Less than 100 employees are exempt according to Joe and the Hoe.

And when Karen comes around for matching haircuts, and she will, charge her triple.
Noice.
