I think the world was settled on Hillary and the CF as the fixer, but Trump blew that up.
Now Bidan & Pelosi are trying to get back to the US as the fixer but can't get it done. The big bucks bills are a money laundering tool, I think. Iran pallets 2.0 type of thing.
Don't know if rebelling dems are doing it because they know Bidan & Pelosi are between a rock and a hard place and they can try to leverage that for their own pet interests, or if they're worried Pelosi can't bring it home and don't want to go down in the wash.
